Architecturally designed by an international team, Park Place, which includes a 60-storey tower block, has become a spectacular addition to the skyline on Sheikh Zayed Road and is an exclusive corporate and residential city address in Dubai.
One preliminary 1.5 m pile was installed approximately 39m into the sandstone and tested to 68MN using 4 O-cells. This resulted in Dubai's record for the highest load applied to a single pile under test.
